Beach Cottages of Cooper Island Terms and Rates:
We prefer a minimum of one week but if you can't stay that long, we can still accommodate you. If you'd like to stay more than one week but less that two weeks, you may split the second week. 50% deposit is required with reservation. Balance is due 2 months before arrival. If you need to cancel your money will be refunded if we can re-rent those dates, less 20% service charge. Reservations are subject to 7% governmental tax. Please make checks to Beach Cottages of Cooper Island (BVI) Ltd.

Cooper Island Beach Club:

While guests at the Beach Cottages of Cooper Island, you may open an account at the Beach Club for any expenses you may incur: bar tab, lunch, dinner, etc.

Please settle this account the afternoon/evening before departure.  They accept cash, Travelers Checks and Visa/MasterCard (5% surcharge). They do not accept personal checks or American Express.

Please note that we do not have a 10% service charge on our rates as is customary in the BVI.  For good service, we encourage our guests to tip the Beach Club staff directly.  This can be done at the time of service or at the end of your stay.
