Rates are for 2 people and include round trip ferry from Road Town or Trellis Bay.
Each additional adult: $25/day plus ferry cost

Children ages 5 - 18: $15/day plus ferry cost

Beach Cottages of Cooper Island Terms and Rates:
5 night minimum stay. 50% deposit is required with reservation. Balance is due 2 months before arrival. If you need to cancel your money will be refunded if we can re-rent those dates, less 20% service charge. Reservations are subject to 7% governmental tax. Please make checks to Beach Cottages of Cooper Island (BVI) Ltd.
